Todd Hooper, had a dream to create a tattoo shop in his home town based on family and his Buddhist beliefs. That dream, became a reality in 2016. Excited for the new image of tattooing Todd brought Sangha "family" to the sacred craft of tattooing. Todd is a long time surfer, lover of the ocean and local Redondo Beach resident for life. He loves his community and looks for many ways to give back to his neighborhood.
